Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The emblem must be uninstalled, unused, and in the condition you received it. An emblem that has been mounted with adhesive, or had its LED wired in, can't be returned unless it is defective.
• The buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges (outside the USA) aren't refunded.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

Lighting defects

LED and RGB lighting failures within 90 days are handled under our warranty.
